REFUND POLICY

1. In-Store Purchases Only

As we do not offer online ordering, all transactions occur at our physical location. Therefore, any refunds, returns, or exchanges are subject to our in-store policies and must be handled in person at our Calangute, Goa store.

2. General Return Conditions

Generally, alcoholic beverages cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased and removed from the premises, subject to applicable local health and safety regulations. Exceptions may only apply if a product is proven to be structurally defective (e.g., corked wine) and returned within a reasonable timeframe with the original receipt and contents mostly intact.

3. Defective Products

If you believe you have purchased a defective product, please retain the remaining contents and the original packaging. Bring the item and your original receipt back to the store. Our management will evaluate the product to determine if an exchange or refund is applicable.
